We are currently purchasing a home in ID and live in CA and were unable to be present at the home inspection and had to rely on the AAD Inspector entirely. The home had been a rental previously and because of this we notified AAD Inspection and they were very helpful. The inspection was very thorough and comprehensive. My husband, whose father had been a building contractor, also noted that the inspection was excellent.
