Excellent service, beautiful carpets and upholstery

Joe arrived on time, provided us with a downward adjustment to the quoted price to offset my math error, worked diligently to clean wall to wall carpet heavily soiled by three puppies in training, and the carpet looked close to new.

I will use A-1 again and again for my needs and will refer them to neighbors and friends.

I especially like that it is a family-run business. He took over the business from his father and started cleaning floors when he was six years old! His sister Michele runs the office and she was delightful to work with. She even found somebody that could help clean my hardwood floors for me in conjunction with my rug cleaning. They were lovely, quick, arrived on time and gave the carpets a much needed deep clean.

My puppy had a nasty accident on a new light colored and expensive carpet. I did my research and decided to go with A-1 for a number of reasons. Joe (the owner) came to my house and explained every detail and got right to work. Honestly, I did not think it was going to be a success, but Joe had no doubts he would make the large mess disappear, and he was right. I was extremely surprised and pleased and will be using A-1 again and ensuring my neighbors “in the know.”
