We purchased a home where the previous owner had an elderly parent who used a wheelchair, leaving black and gray marks throughout the light-colored carpeting. We had previously hired another carpet cleaning company, and while they said they had done the best they could, the carpet still had very noticeable gray marks throughout.

With guests coming this weekend, we were able to get A-1 to come out on short notice and clean the carpets. The results were amazing! All of the marks that the previous company had been unable to remove were gone.

The carpet doesn’t look brand new, but it looks significantly better, and the improvement was beyond what we expected. We no longer need to use area rugs to cover up the stains and marks.

We’re extremely happy with the results and would definitely recommend A-1 to anyone looking for a great carpet cleaning company.

I’ll add to A-1’s strong reputation by saying that my experience was efficient and high-quality. They were able to complete my requested carpet cleaning on short notice, all with professionalism, clear communication, and friendliness. And, of course, the floors look good as new! Joe and his company are OUTSTANDING....very professional, arriving on time, taking care of surroundings, friendly, and knowledgable....the carpet looks like new! He also did a great job on a few pieces of upholstery. This is the fourth or fifth time he's cleaned out carpets and I wouldn't call anyone else! We highly recommend A-1!

A1 Carpet Cleaners provides excellent results and professional service, particularly in deep cleaning rugs and upholstery. Our oriental & other carpets are brighter & softer, as if new. Acrylic paint was removed, which was not expected. We highly recommend & will definitely recommend & reuse when needed. The service is not inexpensive however worth every penny.

Very happy how dirty areas are cleaned from the dog and Virginia clay. Carpet and rugs look vibrant. I didn't realize how dirty some areas were until they were cleaned.
