A realtor recommended A-1 Carpet Cleaners to me - -AFTER I had all carpets cleaned & was unhappy with how the carpets looked - it seemed like more stains then when they started. Joe from A-1 carpet cleaners did a FABULOUS job. He had a BIG truck which had a lot of lifting power. The stains that had remained from after the other cleaner did the carpet were all gone! An amazing beautiful difference!!! Thanks Joe!!!

The rugs look entirely different and MUCH better. It was a complicated service because my apartment was several stories high. All was taken care of very professionally.
I received clear communication throughout the scheduling process and timely text updates regarding the service tech's arrival time. The service tech was professional and did a great job removing quite a few stains from our carpet (600 square feet). I would definitely use A-1 Carpet Cleaners again.
