Canine Safety Systems

I’ve used both canine safety systems, and the service and consumer relations is so significantly different with pet safe they are truly remarkable. Whenever I have a problem, they are so eager to help. My latest issue was my puppy jumping the fence. I was ready to incur all kinds of added expense to move wires and Jennifer solved the problem over the phone. They don’t just sell you a system they support you along the way. In my book this lovely company is the only way to go.

Have had our fence almost a month now and can’t say better things about it. The entire Pet Stop team was great to work with. Have only had to charge our collar once and have had no issues with the fence or the system. Installation was quick and our dog (2yo yellow lab) trained on it in less than a week. He’s much happier now that he can spend his day having zoomies all over the yard. If you are on the “fence” about getting one of these installed go for it!

It was great. Larry did a great job laying the wire and Emily was very thorough with our training instructions. We would definitely recommend your services should the opportunity arise. We love that the unit has a charging station instead of batteries and that we can use our phone to train our puppy inside our home. We look forward to getting started with our training.

The texts that showed up we very good and he explained all the features for me and all work was done in a clean and neat matter.

They were patient and provided very detailed instructions on how to train my dog on the system, and what to do if something goes wrong. They also were very good with my dog - they made her feel very comfortable and also accepted her kisses.

I love our Canine Safety System for the peace of mind it provides. Knowing our little escape artists are safely in the yard is immeasurable.

We became customers with Amanda and Larry before we even purchased our electric fence for the dogs. We had another fence company that didn't respond to an emergency we had. They both walked us through the emergency over the phone (can you imagine that in this day and age), right? When we moved to our new house, we went directly to them for their American made fence product. Larry walked us through our yard, discussed possible configurations and recommended the best layout for our fence. Ultimately, we had a change to the layout of the area, he incorporated it with no questions asked.

It was a delight to work with Larry and Amanda. Both were very professional and treated our dogs as if they were their own. Once again, this product is American made and we highly recommend. They also have 24-hour emergency on-call service.

We had tried to keep our puppy contained with a GPS system from another company who assured us it would work. He ran into traffic 4 times and was returned by neighbors twice. He’s a chaser and with 8 acres, there is plenty of wildlife to chase. Their customer service was so inconsistent and the way that the boundary line shifts throughout the day, it was just impossible to make this thing work. We were told with a large property that a hardwire underground fence was not possible. I called PetStop and they showed up in a few days, installed the fence and sat down with me and our pup to train us both on how it would work. He immediately responded to the flags. I was sick the week after install and they came back to walk the yard with him to make sure he got the message. He has not once crossed that line in 3 weeks. Yesterday he chased 3 deer right up to the line, then circled back to...

These people are great. The equipment is good and will last quite awhile. The warranty is outstanding. Even when I thought my device was out of warranty, it was still covered. The service is outstanding. Everyone in the office is friendly and competent, and the service guy is amazing. He even pulled custom tools out of his truck that he made to fix my broken line. These folks are amazing
