These guys are awesome! We recently moved from Baltimore to Boston and used the flat rate service with packing and guaranteed delivery date included. In just ~5 hours, the team packed up and loaded our entire 1bd/1ba apartment - we didn't even lift a finger! We received our items just two days later, and the delivery team led by Mario was quick and efficient in bringing everything to its desired location and rebuilding disassembled furniture. Everything was expertly packed - nothing broke or was damaged aside from a few hangers. The teams on both ends were punctual, professional, and communicative, and customer service was excellent throughout - Guy helped me with generating my quote and scheduling my move, and Autum coordinated with me leading up to the move and even checked in during pickup and delivery to make sure everything was going smoothly. As far as pricing, I reached out to three highly rated companies for quotes, and 495 Movers came in significantly cheaper than the other companies, and the other quotes did not include packing! My move did end up costing slightly more than the quoted amount, but the movers were very transparent in how this was calculated. (Pro tip for anyone moving with any company - make a spreadsheet of everything you plan to move before you call for a quote, and don't forget smaller items like rugs and artwork - you will forget things if you're going over it for the first time on the phone!) Despite this, our move with 495 Movers was still nearly $2,000 cheaper than the next lowest quote I had received. 495 Movers truly took the stress out of our move, and the packing service especially was an absolute game-changer - I highly recommend them!
