32 Degrees Heating & Air Conditioning

I have a 2-10 Home Warranty and I initiated an A/C claim with them. They assigned the claim to 32 Degrees. Ben contacted me very quickly and we set an appointment the very next day. Ben quickly diagnosed and fixed the problem. Unlike other AC companies and technicians, Ben never tried to upsell me on any other fixes which in my experience, is always the case especially when your HVAC is +15 years old. Upon further discussions with Ben, I decided to buy a semi-annual maintenance plan at a very reasonable price. Two weeks later, Ben did the winter maintenance on both of my units. I would highly recommend 32 Degrees and Ben if you want fair and reliable HVAC service!

I got home from work around 5pm to find our house around 90 degrees. I started calling companies but the first 3 I called only had availability for 24-72 hrs later. When I called 32 Degrees they answered Immediately and said the technician would be out in 45 min. He was on time to the minute! He was friendly, introduced himself and quickly diagnosed the problem as a bad capacitor. I quickly looked up the approx. cost on google which said $150-$400. Ben had the whole thing fixed in 30 min, charged way less than all the other companies and was gone in around 45 minutes. Thank you 32 degrees! You have our business!!!!!

Fantastic! Found out about 32 degrees via a web search. They were highest rated, and we gave them a try. Ben and his employees were great! They were honest and they did the job right. They replaced everything, including the copper tubing for our broken down, old AC unit. To top it all off, the cost was better than any other company, and they really went the extra mile!

I don't write many reviews, but I am elated to write this one. I was referred to 32 Degrees through my home warranty. Ben responded timely and let me know that their next opening would be tomorrow. I was disappointed, but happy that someone would come out within 24 hours. Fortunately, there was a bump in their afternoon schedule, and Ben called to fit us in today. Once he saw what the issue was, he did not give up. He was determined to get my system up and running before leaving for the day ... and that he did! Ben changed some parts, shared maintenance tips, and even cleaned up the work area when he was through.

On Saturday, May 4, 2019 we had an issue with our unit, I called AC companies and 32 Degrees was the quickest to respond. Ben was extremely HONEST about repairing old unit vs. installing a new unit. There was ABSOLUTELY no pressure from Ben to either fix the unit or have a new unit installed. In the end, we decided to purchase a new unit. This was an incredible experience, the service provider came earlier than expected and helped us with another issue we were having with our AC free of charge. He taught us trouble shooting as well! We recently had a new heat/air conditioning system installed in our home. After obtaining several estimates, we selected 32 Degrees Heat & Air owned by Ben Burgos. On meeting Ben it became clear to us that he was an amazing person with an exceptional work ethic, honest and takes pride in his work. Ben also worked on getting us the best price on a Trane unit and took meticulous care in installing the system. Unlike other HVAC companies, Ben does not sub the work out but installs the system himself with an associate, and will give as much time as it takes to make sure all the dots are connected. After the system was installed, the work area was left spotless. If you are looking to replace your system you'll be very pleased with Ben's work. Incredibly prompt service. Came right out at a convenient agreed time, diagnosed the problem, then ordered the needed part. Came back first thing the next morning, did additional troubleshooting on install to make sure it was the right part and even followed up afterwards. Great communication, friendly and helpful. They were able to come out the same day I called for service. Ben was not able to fix it the same day due to the unit being frozen but came the next day to do the repair. They also followed up after the service to make sure everything was still running well. I'm not someone who does reviews much and if I do it's not usually 5 stars Nobody is perfect and service these days is severely lacking. I'm a business owner for 30 years so I expect nothing less than what our companies provided.

32 Degrees and Ben are every bit deserving of 5 stars Our air/heat totally shut down at a time when we had cold nights and warm days here in Florida. Ben was here the same day within 4 hours He found quite a few problems with filters, mold, coolant leaks etc. We were looking at a monstrous bill expecting the compressor ($3,000+) to be shot along with multiple other problems

He traced a leak to the coil at $1,200+ but was able to get it covered under warranty as the maker was known for these leaky coils It was also back ordered but once again got one a day later He saved us thousands and put us on a maintenance plan to prevent...

We had to replace our air condition unit inside and outside. Everything was explained in a way we could understand..They came on time did a wonderful job very professional. I also purchased through them their maintenance plan for winter and summer months already had my winter maintenance done next one in summertime very happy with the service
I was told that I should be seeing a lower light bill and sure enough my bill is now much lower over 75.00 very happy.
