I had an absolutely amazing experience with 32 Degrees and can’t recommend them highly enough. My AC unit is over 40 years old, and most companies that came out took one look and immediately tried to sell me a whole new system. But not 32 Degrees.

They lived up to their promise of being a true air conditioning repair company. Despite the age of my system and how difficult the parts were to find, they went the extra mile, tracked down exactly what was needed, and completed the repair. They replaced the blower unit, blower fan, and blower motor—no shortcuts, no pressure to replace the whole system, just honest and expert work.

We were using Del-A. We bought a new AC from them, and within 13 months, there was a $2k repair. And less than than two years later there was another $2.5k repair. So we found 32 Degrees. After losing so much trust (and money) with the other guy, I finally feel like I have "my-guy" that I trust and won't sell and install garbage.

For three years, countless opinions, and lots of money, no one could get my generator to run my AC. Ben, from 32 degrees, and who is amazing, made a recommendation, installed it, and... look at that! Fixed!!!!

Called 32 degrees under “tense” circumstances (short version: they installed a new hvac system in ‘21 for a home I bought in ‘22. I found a major issue with the indoor unit’s seal where the plenum meets the ceiling, which for a newer unit, shouldn’t be - warranty from install didn’t transfer to me as the new homeowner)

Anyway - I called them, and after a discussion, they sent out Alex and Martin who took incredible care of me and my situation. They were thorough, thoughtful, and made sure I was completely satisfied.

What could’ve been a really sour experience was amazing. Because of how much they care about their work, they actually took care of the repair at their cost. These guys were great. 100% recommend.

Wow I am at a loss for words! I can’t say enough good things about Marisol and Ben . My Mom was unfortunately sweating for 1 week, then Ben came to the rescue to asses the system. He assured us that he could fix the issue and his counterpart Marisol would give us a call with a quote. Marisol called within the hour with a friendly and fare quote which I moved forward with. The next morning Ben came back at 8 am sharp and went above and beyond to make sure my Moms A/C issues were fixed fast and done right. I really appreciated the companies honesty and the time they spent to make sure everything for my Mom was taken care of. If anyone asks me for an A/C company recommendation, I would 100% recommend 32 Degrees Heating & Air Conditioning LLC. They are the gold standard in A/C repair. Update - 3/4/2024

Had an issue with the blower motor on my a/c unit that caused the system to quit. Reached out to 32 Degrees as they were the company who handled my original installation. Ben arrived promptly the morning after I had reached out (I had contacted them after hours the previous evening). He identified the problem immediately and Marisol promptly had a new part on order. As soon as the part arrived, Marisol called to schedule an installation appointment for early the following Monday. Ben arrived quickly that Monday and had my system up and running in less than 45 minutes. The product knowledge, communication, empathy and precise execution of the job is what sets this company apart from the rest. Truly the gold standard for A/C service and I am so happy to have found them.

I had a 23 year old A/C system...

Ben was the best! This company went above and beyond to save us some money. This is about the third time we have used them. I would highly recommend them.

I am so thankful to Ben and his team for their meticulous work in replacing all my ductwork and reinstalling both my HVAC systems the correct way. Ben was wonderful and highly recommended by my industrial hygienist. If you’re an environmentally sensitive person like myself you’re in great hands as Ben will do everything possible to give you the best indoor air quality. Marisol and Ben were always prompt with communication and answered all my questions. Very thankful for all their hard work and they have my highest recommendation thanks for everything!

We had to purchase a new HVAC system for one of our rental properties after this brutal summer. 32 Degrees did an amazing job getting our new system in and installed quickly.
