Ben and his team are the best in the business! If you are medically sensitive he goes above and beyond to follow IEP protocols. When we encountered unexpected issues during our replacement he w sure we did everything necessary for an exemplary install. He helped us change out additional parts and was amazing to work with. I had an absolutely amazing experience with 32 Degrees and can’t recommend them highly enough. My AC unit is over 40 years old, and most companies that came out took one look and immediately tried to sell me a whole new system. But not 32 Degrees.

Despite the age of my system and how difficult the parts were to find, they went the extra mile, tracked down exactly what was needed, and completed the repair.
