It can be hard to find service providers you trust that give good advice and aren't just trying to upsell you. Great value, fair prices, and helpful insight. This place is awesome! Our A/C stopped blowing out cold air the day before we were supposed to leave for vacation and we had a cat staying home. I tried all the troubleshooting I could but ended up having to get a company out. They were the only company willing to squeeze us in and they were out the same day. They didn't nickel and dime us and they didn’t stop working until our A/C was fully operating without issue. They also followed up with us when we returned to make sure all is still working. Very much appreciated. I highly recommend them! Special thanks to Ben for working so hard into the night to fix our A/C with our time crunch.

I would definitely recommend 32 Degrees. They were able to service my unit the same day when I had an unexpected breakdown. I was waiting for my previous company for more than two months to do preventative maintenance. Ben did it that same day. He was very knowledgeable and professional. The A/C is working very well. Our 25-year-old AC finally quit this summer, and we were without AC for nearly two weeks. We talked to several AC companies, all of whom were struggling to get replacement units due to the current housing market and heat waves. Some places quoted us up to 30 days without AC, in August in Central Florida. It was a nightmare.

32 Degrees to the rescue. They kept looking for quality units for us and were extremely responsive. They didn't try to overcharge us for a unit just because there was a scarcity - unlike some other companies in the area. They really went the extra mile for us and ended up compromising with another one of their clients to get us a unit. They had it installed 48 hours later by a team of friendly professionals. I highly recommend them to anyone who needs their AC repaired or replaced!

I highly recommend 32 Degrees Heating and Air Conditioning! Our a/c stopped working of course on a Sunday. I called 32 Degrees at 8 a.m. that morning. They called me within minutes and was at my house two hours later by 11 a.m. They diagnosed my issue quickly. Our air conditioning was up and running again within an hour. They were very knowledgeable, reliable and professional. They even diagnosed an issue we have been having with our ac unit . We had installed a new Trane AC back in 2016 by one of “the larger” ac companies. This larger ac company sent out 3 technicians and they could not figure the issue out. I was very impressed. One of the best HVAC companies I've used. Ben B. was very informative and walked me through everything. Fixed few other things that he didn't necessarily need to or didn't try to sell me things I didn't need. Very fair prices and will definitely use this company in the future.

I cannot recommend 32 Degrees enough! A friend recommended them and she was absolutely right. I got four bids to replace my AC system. 32 Degrees wasn't the cheapest or the most expensive -- but they were the best value for all of the work they would do. They also provided the best proposal of ANY contractor I've ever worked with. Everything was written up, along with all costs broken down, and links to every piece of equipment they'd install. Everyone was friendly, helpful, and the job was beautifully done. Shout out to Ben and Marisol and the two installers for all their help.

After trying many different companies to work on our air conditioning i finally found 32 degrees. Our experience with replacing one of our units was fantastic! Not only did they replace the unit, they rebuilt the platform in the closet that housed the unit after a leak from the previous one left it a mess. All the guys that came to work were very nice, informative and respectful. I highly recommend this company. We couldn’t be happier that we held out for a company that we could trust. When our secondary unit goes out we will definitely be calling Ben and the team.

Ben came to my mother's house and repaired an AC that numerous AC companies were unable to repair. they did a fabulous job making everything work from increasing the air flow the temperature they recognize many things done wrong by the company ,Mom hired to install the new unit, I don't normally write reviews but it has been almost a year and everything that they did is working fabulous.It is very hard to find people that do quality work Ben and his wife Marisol are examples of quality workmanship and really have the heart for their company and their clients .Thank you so much for doing a great job Darryl

32 Degrees is what I would describe as a
boutique technician owned Sanford FL based Heating and AC
installation and repair company servicing the Orlando & Daytona
area. These experienced AC techs seem to take all of the components of what makes a great customer service and applies these features to their business model.
When we called for an emergency appt. Benjamin came within 45 minutes diagnosed the problem and fixing the capacitor, added refrigerant and changing the filter. Their office called the following day to check on
the temperature and asked if we were satisfied with the technican’s work.
We have already recommended 32Degrees to neighbors.

We had an issue with our AC where the feed line to outside for the drain was clogged. We called 32 Degrees on a Saturday and I was surprised by how fast we could get service. Ben and his partner arrived and quickly identified the issue and fixed the problem for us. I would recommend this company to anyone who needs AC repair or service. 5 stars for Ben and team. I called after 5pm and they had the tech out to our house by 6:15pm! My A/C major repair was complete by 7pm and I am SO very grateful.

For what it's worth, we called another place first and they didn't have a tech available to even come out for 2 days, and our property management company had a ticket in with a third repair company that we'd already been waiting over 24hrs for a call from them that I'm sitting here still waiting for, another 12hrs later.
