Ben, the owner, personally installed the system. He came back out twice to make sure everything was running properly. Quality work from a superior company. Ben and his associate Sam worked tirelessly to get my new Trane up and running, as I was without AC for two weeks before I called him. They were very professional and cleaned up perfectly. My 23 year old A/C started showing signs of age. After some search on the web, I decided to give my confidence to a company called “32 Degrees Heating and Air Conditioning, LLC.” I contacted them one morning, and the same day, the owner Ben arrived within the promised time window. After a brief survey of the situation and a short discussion, I decided to put my faith into his hands.

Four days later Ben called and told me when he could install my new A/C, only a week since we first met. On the appointed day, and punctually at the appointed time he and his two associates arrived and got to work.

AMAZING PEOPLE AND SERVICE!!!!!!!

I have regular maintenance on my A/C, water heater, etc every 6 months. Ben always does an amazing job, is personable, efficient, great to work with, and I always feel so much better, safer, that they are taking such good care of me for an amazing price!!!!

We called them on a Friday evening and they were here the next day. I have enough tech knowledge to see he did a proper test of the (20year old) unit and by the next Friday the system (Trane) was installed and running nicely. Staff worked hard to help us with financing, and they replaced all water damage to the handler platform. They have done 2 follow up visits to ensure the system was working. I can’t recommend 32 degrees air enough!! EDIT: 4 years later and they came out to clear a drain and do regular maintenance booking us the next day after calling. No charge for cleaning the drain
