32 Degrees Heating & Air Conditioning

I cannot recommend 32 Degrees enough! Ben and his team are amazing! We first used them when our daughter was under 6 months old and our A/C had died in the dead of summer. After calling several companies, Ben was the only one who would come out the same day after hearing we had a small baby at home and were concerned about how hot it would get for her in the house. We’ve since used them a few more times and have not been disappointed by their service. They have been consistently professional, courteous and very knowledgeable. Thank you to the 32 Degrees team for all your help!

Our system was in dire need of a maintenance after weathering our hot summer! Ben arrived early and set to work cleaning and evaluating our system. It was in need of some additional TLC and Ben quickly and thoroughly completed those tasks. Our condensate pump was very dirty and he cleaned that as well. So good to have a professional give it a good tune-up!

I'm so glad I decided to go with 32 Degrees when my thermostat started acting strange. They were able to send someone out the next day in the morning. The experience from beginning to end was amazing, every step of the way I was shown what was going on and what was causing this to happen. My drain was backed up due to a lot of hair from the previous owners dogs getting onto the evaporator coil. They drained the line and cleaned the pan, afterwards my thermostat started functioning as expected. They even checked my freon and pressures to see if those were ok which they were. Next time (knock on wood) I will be 100% calling 32 Degrees for any needed repairs or maintenance.

We’ve used 32 Degrees on a couple of occasions and they’ve always been amazing. Fast service, the tech is always willing to explain things, and the work is completed quickly. They even went out of their way by driving to Daytona to get a part we needed! We highly recommend them to anyone!

So we called for a maintenance service and Chris, their technician was prompt, friendly and knowledgeable. But of course , our system was a mess and needed extra help. He was so great at explaining everything and help us understand what we needed to do to help keep our system running until the next maintenance cleaning. Well on to day, we had a pool of water under our unit and called them right away, they came right over and went over everything. It wasn’t their doing from the other day - it was our neglect of our system and how it was set up from the beginning. Both Ben and Chris were amazing!!!! They replace everything and explain why. Our system was just totally neglected over the years and we were never told the truth on maintaining it. Thank you Thank you!!! Call these guys!! Totally worth it they are A+++ they are our go to and we will be spreading the word.

After a year of trying to keep our old systems "alive" we decided to replace both existing HVAC units in my home. We are so happy with the service that 32 Degrees gave us. They explained everything thoroughly and answered all my questions. The product and installation was right on schedule - and we have had no issues with any of the systems. Absolutely recommend this company! We had an issue on a Friday and they had us comfortable the same day and were so honest about the scope of work for the repair. I wouldn't hesitate to call them again and when it comes time to replace my unit, I will definitely call 32 degrees!

So early spring my AC at work and home went out. Each one was more than 20 years old and needed replacing this time. The one at work was replaced by 32 Degrees quickly so we can keep my customers cool. Most appreciative. Next was my 26 year old unit at my house and also the duct work. Major stuff. 32 Degrees made all of it seamless from start to finish. Ben made the plan and Marisol got it scheduled. Everyone that I met that works with 32 Degrees was fantastic. The main reasons for that loyalty is because of the honesty, reliability, and quality of service I receive each time they come to do a routine maintenance or to do a repair on my system. They take everything into consideration when it comes to the repair options. They look at the age of the unit, the “health” of the unit, and go over repair costs versus a full replacement. My first call is always to 32 Degrees for my HVAC needs!!!

Florida heat and humidity can be hard on AC equipment and its very comforting to call the same company who knows our systems to come and fix the issue. I cannot say enough good things about this company and it's owner. They care about meeting your needs at a price you can afford. They are reliable. This company displays qualities hard to find in the service industry today.

4th of July Weekend. Emergency service on a 5-ton, 20 year old, R22 Trane unit. The 32 degrees team came out and went above and beyond. Price was reasonable. Service was amazing. Felt like we won the lottery with just how lucky we were with our service.

This was my second time in a few years calling with no AC! Once again I saw why they deserve 5 stars. I was able to get an appointment in less than 24 hrs. Marisol was very responsive and Ben was engaging, diagnosing the problem quickly and clearly explaining what went wrong and what it takes to get it fixed. Pricing was very fair and I will sign up for their service plan. I very highly recommend 32 Degrees!
