I can’t say enough good things about Ben (the owner). He came to the rescue when a previous HVAC tech from a different company couldn’t figure out what was wrong with our unit. He is an expert in his field, and it really shows. Numerous deficiencies were identified and explained in layman’s terms that were easy to understand. I’m sitting in my air conditioned house right now when I wasn’t before he responded. Again, very professional, courteous, prompt, and most of all an expert in his field. He earned our business for as long as we live in the area. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!!

Ben answered my call and was immediately friendly and easy to schedule with. He came the next day and not only was helpful and patient with my questions, but took the time to explain to my husband and I ways to maintain our AC unit ourselves over time. He fixed the issue in under an hour and the price was very reasonable for all the work. Overall, he turned a stressful experience into a positive one and we will definitely be reaching out to him should our AC need more work in the future.

Ben & Samuel did an amazing job at fixing another Contractor's bad work! They take pride in what they do and do it VERY Professionally. Their Customer Service and experience is also on point. They even followed up days AFTER the work was done. My insurance company didn't even bother to do that. I HIGHLY recommend them. Two thumbs up. GOOD JOB!

Look no further! I was having issues with my zone system and having an even harder time finding a company that made me feel like I won't have to pay a bunch of hidden fees. Mr. Burgos treated me like a human being and not just a number. He helped me understand my options for service and was very direct. He delivered beyond my expectation. Polite, on time, quick, and, informative!

I called Ben at 32 Degrees to get a second opinion on the best way to fix my A/C unit. He came out on short notice and right away I could tell he was knowledgeable and professional. His work was very clean and orderly. After confirming the problem, Ben offered to evaluate the remaining lifespan of my unit (for a reasonable fee) and recommended NOT putting in a new unit saving me big $$$! He suggested semi-annual maitenance check ups instead to give the unit its longest life possible. If you are looking for an honest A/C professional, look no further!!

We had a very positive experience with 32 degrees air. The technician was prompt & courteous. He determined a broken part on our compressor. Luckily he had the part in his truck as our home was in the 90s. He replaced it & made sure everything was working properly before leaving. Service call price was reasonable. Ben has been servicing my AC over the past 8 years or so. If you had a magic wand and you could conjure up the very best, most qualified, experienced, honest, caring kind of person for the job, it would be Ben. And I don't give out these kind of compliments to everyone, because I have truly had my fair share of shady companies that will try to sell you things you don't need, like $150 filters, or fix your problem and as soon as their truck is out of view, it breaks down again. It is very difficult these days to find someone that you can trust, who will do the job well, and go that extra mile to ensure that the problem is truly solved. Ben has earned his reputation, as you can see from all of these great reviews. He is the best, and I will never use anyone else.

Ben was more than dedicated to get me up and running. He made so many trips to my home and just wouldn’t stop. Today it is so hard to find responsible hard working individuals. Well let me tell you if you need your air fixed, this is the man to call.

32 Degrees did an awesome job assessing our air conditioning problem and giving us several alternatives to solve the issues. In the end, we decided to install an entire new system for our house and they did the entire job that same day, staying late before Labor Day weekend to make sure we had air conditioning the next day. Very friendly and easy to work with and they follow-up with prompt calls and they do what they say they will do, even go beyond the call of duty to make sure it is done right. I can't say enough about how pleased we are and Ben made all the difference in our experience, which went from very bad (learning we had a problem) to great (getting it fixed right away at a fair price)

I used Ben after another company tried to fix the air conditioning system, which was fixed and after two days it stopped working, I called the same company to come back and fix it, but the same thing happened.
From there I got Ben Burgos and he diagnosed the problem immediately and was able to have the A/C up and running, and the air conditioning has not stopped working.
I am very happy with him and I would surely use it again, he is very professional, honest, he also takes his time not like others who are trying to finish as fast as possible instead of trying to find out what the real problem is.

Look no further than 32 Degrees! Had a unit issue that resulted in loss of AC. Was contacted within an hour and service booked the next morning. The scheduled time was only an hour window (versus 3-4 hour time frame) and received a call to update me on his arrival time.

Upon arrival, not only was he knowledgeable and professional, Ben provided service with a smile! He went above and beyond, locating a secondary issue and fixing both problems while he was at the home. He cleaned up the work area and answered all questions I had regarding future needs.

If I could give 10 stars, I would do so for 32 Degrees Heating and Air Conditioning. Ben installed a completely new a/c system in my house and he did a wonderful job. He was knowledgeable, informative, and best of all honest. Ben gave us a great price and treated our job as if it was for his own house. I almost hope our upstairs unit goes out so so he can replace that too! We are definitely lifetime customers.

32 Degrees went far up and above when my AC went out. Ben came out and diagnosed the problem immediately and was able to have my AC up and running the same day even though it meant him driving across town on a Friday late afternoon to secure the parts needed. Most companies would have put it off until Monday. My AC was running like a brand new unit once they were done and and the pricing was very fair. I highly recommend them 100%!!!

Ben "Chicago" Burgos is a breath of fresh air when it comes to the AC business. He has worked on multiple different units for me and has always been up front with the diagnosis and cost. I've been using 32 Degrees H&A for over 15 years now. They have always done professional work and repaired our systems in a timely manner. We have always requested them and they take the time to explain the repair with a smile on their face. Florida heat and humidity can be hard on AC equipment and its very comforting to call the same company who knows our systems to come and fix the issue.
