Thank you for taking time to research me. I am a full-time associate broker with eXp Realty. I've been blessed and grateful to have been voted by the Rochester Community as the 3X Winner of Best Real Estate Agent - Post Bulletin Best of the Best Real Estate Agent 2025, 2024, and 2023. The Rochester PostBulletin Award is one of the most recognized awards here in Rochester Minnesota. I share this to show that am as credible, knowledgeable, and experienced as any agent you may be considering. I am actually more proud of my reviews: As you take time to read some of these testimonials, you will find that they speak to my core values of Education, Communication, and Responsiveness – which show in every way of how I run my business and life. My promise to my clients is they will know what to expect, how to operate, and have it all explained in an easy-to-understand way. I want my clients to have a sense of control, which means they will know their options, have it explained simply, and can therefore make the best decisions. When you hire me as your agent, I – Alex Mayer – am your agent. I'm not a team lead that passes clients off to an underling. That means I am the one answering the phone, keeping you informed, and handling the negotiations. I pride myself on being available to my clients - 4 out of 5 times I will answer the phone right away and on the fifth I'll call back quickly. My personal cell is 507-696-7510 and it’s the same number I call my mother from. Call or text anytime. On a personal level, I was born in Rochester Minnesota and raised in small town Riceville Iowa. I graduated from Luther College (South on Highway 52) in 2014 and moved up to Rochester shortly after. I am a book worm - a proud member of the Friends of the Rochester Public Library, which I visit 2-3 times a week. I have two Alaskan Malamute dogs, Atlas and Kaia, who are featured on all of my branding from buses to billboards, coasters, and even voice actors on local radio stations. As a memorial, I always mention my first malamute Ayla – who passed in 2022 and whose name I still say every day. Many of my clients will meet the dogs between showings – and have had many sellers request they accompany to appointments. My home also has two cats Vee (an F3 Savannah) and Rylo (a rescue from our local Paws and Claws). I am also a volunteer with Camp Companion – fostering dogs and cats periodically. I am a committed member of the Rochester Community. I attend many local events, have participated in fundraisers, and am on first name basis with the mayor and many city council members. I am also a level 6 Google local guide, so if you are just getting acquainted with Rochester, I have lots to share from restaurants, events, local attractions, and day trips. I’m grateful to this profession as I truly love teaching and seeing the “click” in my client’s eyes as they come to a new understanding or perspective. And to my clients, who I’m fortunate enough to serve. And I truly hope to have the opportunity to earn your business as well. Cheers, Alex

Firstly, thank you so much Alex for helping us find everything we could want in a home. Especially asfirst time homebuyers! Wow did you simplify the process for us!

My wife and I decided to move to Rochester, Minnesota from Nevada and Alex was the first realtor we found. From our first conversation it was clear, he is the best real-estate agent we could’ve dreamed of! We reached out and even at the state wrestling tournament he found a quiet place to answer our preliminary questions and setup a Zoom appointment for later that same week. Alex thoroughly explained the house buying process and what we should expect, answering questions along the way ensuring we were comfortable with the slightly overwhelming amount of information. He made the whole process much more clear by explaining everything for us in common folk speak.

One thing that far surpassed our expectations was Alex’s honesty while touring houses. He gave us great insight on all the properties we toured.

Once we decided on the home we wanted he quickly contacted the listing agent so we could walk through again while in town (the next day) and then make an offer. We had a very short time period to look at houses before we had to head back to Nevada, and Alex really helped us get the absolute most out of our 48 hours. He perfectly mapped out all 20+ we wanted to tour to avoid unnecessary travel time.

Once we decided to move forward, Alex was able to get us an inspection the very next day so we could meet with the inspector before flying out, thanks for that!

Throughout this process Alex was always checking in, communicating exactly what was going on, clarifying if any further actions were needed, the ideal timeline for any actions and making sure we felt taken care of while we were still so far away.

During our move to Minnesota from Nevada we had unexpected car issues and weren’t sure we would be able to make it on time for our closing. Alex was absolutely AMAZING during this. He worked with the mortgage broker and title company to come up with a perfect solution for us. During this he was calling all of the people involved in selling the house and then calling us to keep us updated with what we could do. Within 20 minutes Alex had figured out the best solution, and eased everyone’s minds, especially ours!! He was so kind and helpful and really took a lot of stress off of us.

An excellent bonus of working with Alex is getting to meet the cutest dogs! Thank you so much for everything you’ve done for us!
