When we first decided to place our home on the market, we reached out to Alex and he was QUICK to respond and ready to meet. Upon the first meeting, he went over his values; Education, Communication, and Responsiveness. And does he exceed at all three!

He let us know what his process is, and why it works! He laid down a road map to a successful sale and crunched the numbers in detail. He answered all of our initial questions with great detail, and with professionalism, no matter how simple the answer was.

He was available at any time of day and kept in contact with us with any new information. Even when we had a slight hiccup towards the end of our sale when an appraiser could not find the value of our home. We knew he was in our corner to get to the bottom of it, and he did! He...

Alex was great through the entire process! He is very responsive and always has time to explain everything that's going on and answer any questions that come up.
We had an issue pop up 2 weeks before closing. The appraiser couldn't provide an appraisal on our home due to no like properties in St. Charles that sold recently. Alex worked endlessly and quickly to be able to resolve the issue, and we were still able to close on the scheduled date.
