If you have an expectation, Alex will exceed it. You already know I am going to tell you they are a wellspring of knowledge and more than trustworthy enough. Alex made the task of finding/buying a home pleasant and that personality also translates into better relations with the other party's agent and thus better deals. Additionally they seemed to always be available with timely responses and flexibility, that really made it much easier when we were busy juggling 4 schedules ourselves. Finally Alex has 2 dogs, which meant I could ask questions about pet concerns to make sure the place we got would be a good fit for our pets.
