I'm not the type of person to really leave reviews but Alex deserves this. Alex made the buying process of a home very easy for me. It started out as a very relaxed meeting where he explained in depth the process of purchasing from start to finish in a way I easily understood. He was very attentive to my needs. Very quick to respond to any questions or concerns I had at just about any time a day, sometimes into the late night and on weekends. He kept us updated constantly thru each phase of the process. When I contacted Alex, we met in less than a few days and he got the ball rolling immediately. Past experiences I've dealt with individuals who seemed to drag their feet, but Alex had a passion about him to get things done. I would almost go as far as to say that he was more excited than I was, and I was the home buyer!

I’ve worked with other agents in the past and have never found someone as responsive and willing to explain all aspects of the home buying process and what to expect/pitfalls that may arise. Before I even decided to work with Alex, he would answer questions, gave me his cell number to ask him anything home related at any time and he would respond readily. I am new to the area and he explained the different areas and what to expect. He knows the Rochester market so well.

As first time home buyers, I knew this was going to be quite an overwhelming process; however, after meeting Alex and getting a clear explanation of the process and what to expect, it really eased our minds.
