Lovely young woman, but she didn't clean as well as I'd hoped. When I contacted the company they were responsive and are working on a solution. I appreciate their attention.

UPDATE: Zen did send another cleaner and charged full price for second round. However this cleaner too was way below par. She actually removed my smelly bucket and mop from the bathroom and hid them in the coat closet. Now my coats all stink. I posted my review after Zen rep promised she'd send the best. She didn't.
