Be careful with this company and automatic charges to your credit card. While one could forgive the decrease in service (used send 2 cleaners and started only sending one) and attempts to charge for extra time, this company does not timely check notices of cancellation, sends the cleaner and attempts to charge for it. This is after 3 years of being a customer. Abhorrent. Bad business practices. Will also make a complaint to the BBB. Beware!

Unfortunately, our cleaner from Zen did not work out. She was a lovely woman, very polite and professional, but not the most detail-oriented. I won't go into details here, because I don't want the company to use that against her. But we have cancelled our service, finding that it was not at all worth the high price for the relatively low quality.

Ask for James! He's the best.

This was my first time using a professional cleaning service and it met my goal completely. Zen Home is easy to contact and communicate with, completely professional and punctual. Carine worked non-stop and did the hard work of cleaning with professionalism and grace. On top of her excellent work, she gave me time-saving tips to help me maintain my apartment. And no one told me how good the apartment would smell during and after the cleaning. I recommend Carine and Zen Home highly.
