Team was very professional, prompt and thorough. They missed some baseboard dust in a few places because they were short on time and only had 2 people working. Where they worked and had time, the job was well done.

I did the standard cleaning for a 1 bedroom apartment. I think it was around 3 hours. Carine did a great job mopping and vacuuming the floors, wiping down appliance surface (especially the gas range), and making the place look great

Booked Zen last minute when I realized my new apartment has not been throughly cleaned prior to my move in. While they did a fairly good job there were some noticeable oversights that should’ve been caught by professional cleaners - there was still quite a bit of grime at the bottle of the shower door which could’ve been removed little scrubbing, lots of built up dust around the electrical outlets, light switches and towel racks, etc.

Lisa M. did a fantastic job cleaning my house. She listened to all of the details that I wanted! I appreciate the way the company trained her and evaluated her work. I look forward to working with Zen again!
