Pay attention to these 1-star reviews! I did not and I regret it. Zen charged me over $600 to clean my house and did a job so bad that I had to redo most of it myself. When you hire Zen, you are not getting deep cleaning - you are getting cleaning theater. They run around putting stickers on things and lighting incense and setting up little table tents thanking you, but when it actually comes to the ACTUAL CLEANING they do a terrible job. They dusted AROUND things instead of moving them (small things, like items on bureaus) and couldn't be bothered cleaning under beds or even in corners. When I pointed out the dust bunnies that were left in my house to management, they acted very outraged and huffy as if wanting a clean house after shelling out $$$ was some kind of imposition on their business practices.

I have been using Zen for a few months and I’ve been very happy with their services. Not only is my apartment thoroughly cleaned, but they are also very good communicators and they reach out if they have questions. I find them easy to work with and would recommend to anyone looking for regular home cleaning.

I had a wonderful experience with Zen Home Cleaning! Deanna and Abigail were incredibly helpful in guiding me through my home cleaning process, and were accommodating to my special requests. I was a little nervous at first to try a new home cleaner but Deanna and Abigail made me feel reassured and that I'd be taken care of throughout the whole process. My cleaner, Hebert did a wonderful job as well with the cleaning. I would highly recommend Zen for your next home cleaning!

Cleaning was adequate but not incredibly thorough. Be aware, the oil they diffuse at the end of the cleaning has a VERY strong smell - can cause headaches.
