I was shocked on the next day turnaround for my 4 pt. inspection report. Very happy.
I was a bit disappointed with the 2 hour early arrival and no notice to me, the buyer or my realtor agent. He did got permission from the Seller but as I'm the client I would have liked my representative to be there. We had no opportunity for any questions we might have had on scene.

Wise Inspections Replied: Hi Tracy. We apologize for the early arrival. The inspector assumed the owner was the one who ordered the inspection as it was only an insurance inspection. He thus contacted the owner and asked if he could do the inspection early. It is extremely rare for us to just do a 4 Point on a purchase.
