Phil with Wise Home Inspection did a thorough inspection of a condo I have a contract on. He made suggestions for the minor cosmetic items he found, he provided a fast turnaround time for the inspection and report. Reasonably priced and I feel confident with the service. I would recommend this company.

I was very thankful. Mike was prompt (early), took care of the roof prior to our arrival and explained what he saw. He took a good time examining everything and we pointed out some issues and he examined them and counseled us on the processes. He was very helpful. Wise home inspections not only provided us the inspection but is working on add ons that are no additional cost and very helpful. Thankful for the roof warranty based on their inspection. He also gave me tips on how to make sure the flat roof can have an extended life!
