Today is Saturday, October 12, 2024, at 6:30 PM. I contacted Craig Falk, the general manager about an item of concern that was found in the inspection report, and my client was really on the fence about.

Craig my client and I jumped on a 3-way call, Craig took his time with my client and reassured him that everything would be fine and looked for a resolution for the particular item found in the inspection!

What company does this, and on a Saturday evening at 6:30 pm !!

Great home inspection company. Reasonably priced and very knowledgeable and thorough. They provide report on the same day of the inspection which is great and even provide warranty for certain items such roof. This is the third inspection they do for me and always the quality of their work and report is great
