Wise Inspections

If anyone is buying a home and is looking for a home inspection company I highly recommend Wise inspections. They are very thorough, competent, very detailed, and most importantly cost effective. I would recommend you guys for sure to all my friends and family. Excellent job!

The stress of buying a home is enough to put anyone over the edge but Michelle Diefenderfer from Wise made us feel like we had someone else in our corner. This poor woman got into every nook and cranny and looked under everything possible that could be looked under, over and sideways. I felt bad toward the end of her 3 hours at the house when I noticed her clothes were dirty. She clearly wasn't afraid to get dirty. She was super friendly and helpful as she went from room to room and took time to explain things to us. That same night, the report was sent to us. WOW, the detail was impeccable and impressive. I wasn't happy about the initial cost, and had nothing to go by when I say this, but the peace of mind you get NOW makes me feel like that was absolutely money well spent. We had to do a last minute inspection on a home we are purchasing and our realtor recommended Wise and they were able to accommodate the time frame crunch. Wow are we so thankful to our realtor for recommending this company. We were so impressed with the quality of service from the beginning to the end, communication was above 5 stars and Chris Terry who did the inspection was incredible, extremely knowledgeable and very professional. We greatly appreciated how he took his time to really evaluate everything.
