My husband and I just closed on our new construction in Lotus Edge and had an inspection performed by Wise.
They were very thorough and checked everything inside and outside of the home. They did point out a few things to us that we were not aware of. And because of this, we will now have our builder make the corrections.
I encourage anyone who is purchasing a new construction, to not only have an inspection done, but to make the WISE CHOICE!!
