I would like to give my honest review. Overall had a great experience. The inspection went well. The inspector was timely and friendly and knowledgeable. The only reason why it's a four-star is because I was charged for a termite inspection and I did not receive one. I did not receive a termite inspection or a termite inspection report however, it has since been resolved and I have been refunded for that portion of the report, and my overall opinion is positive. I'm not sure what the mixup there was. Customer service was quick. I worked with Craig and Chris overall good experience.
