Wise Inspections

We just used Wise Inspections for a home we are buying and everything went perfectly. Started right on time, very thorough and knowledgeable.

Craig and his team were amazing! At first we weren’t sure if we were going to go ahead with the purchase of the house so I scheduled the inspection then cancelled and then rescheduled. I felt like a crazy person but Craig was so kind and patient. He also was always responsive and helpful. We ordered the normal tests (4 pt and wind mitigation) but added the termite and also mold test (super important if you have kids). I’m so glad we did them even though both tests came back clear. There is no price for peace of mind. Also, the inspection was so thorough (Kenny did it) and identified many things that needed to be fixed. We in turn were able to take this to the seller and get a credit. Well worth the investment. Highly recommend!
