You guys did a fantastic job! I am a first home buyer so didn’t really know what to expect but man you guys blew my socks off with this inspection. Pictures of everything, from a distance so you can see what part of the house it was at, and then a close up showing exactly the issue.

Went over everything with me, explained some things they believe is what caused some of the issues so I at least have an idea how much it would cost to fix and if I wanted to DIY or not. Again loved my experience.

Michelle was also fantastic! She was early to the property and started on the outside before I even showed up (and I showed up 5 mins early!). Went over everything with me one on one, she was fantastic! Only issue, she’s a Philly fan! 😂
