Wise Inspections

If you are in need of a home inspection, I can’t recommend Wise Inspections enough. From the first contact with Craig, I knew we would be happy with their services. He accommodated our scheduling needs, brought in a team of professionals to get everything in our new home inspected efficiently and thoroughly, and had the report to us within several hours after the work was complete. Craig went above and beyond and not only provided a thorough report, but also sent us a book to give to our realtor with a detailed list of findings with cost estimates for repairs. We left feeling like we had a resource in Wise Inspections for any future home needs we might have.

We had Greg as our inspector, he was prompt , actually early and extremely thorough! Happy to explain any questions. Have us a full detailed report and mentioned the most important issues. He also reviewed which are the safest issues. I would highly recommended the company and especially Greg!

Excellent inspection - time , price, Phil is very very helpful can’t say this enough . Explained in detail report , we weren’t rushed Highly recommend this company. Craig is also very good explained all the packages in detail. The overall experience was seamless, speedy very informative and very comfortable with the process beginning to end.

I needed an inspection for a home purchase that needed a quick turnaround. Not only did they come quickly, they Ahumada were able to complete a thorough inspection, they provided more information than I thought I would receive.
