Extraordinarily careful with surveying and a true professional when it came to ensuring proper communication as to not misquote or mislead when areas of concerns were addressed. Report reflected clear pictures, great notes and appropriately indicated levels of concern for each identified item. From start to finish, even the one snag around invoicing was addressed by the next morning - on a weekend at that, was a seamless process. Craig called me to explain their recommended services, going over each in detail to make sure we understood, and giving us confidence our future home would be thoroughly inspected.

On the day of the inspection, Phil met us at the house and gave an extremely detailed inspection, inspecting as I imagine he would his own potential home. After the inspections he walked us through his findings, giving us detailed explanations and including potential remedy’s.
