on time, thorough, up to the current codes.
inspection was 2 hours for a townhouse, more than likely a little longer for a bigger home. Inspector will do a walk down with you after hes done and point out anything of concern down to the smallest detail. very knowledgeable and i felt comfortable asking technical to basic questions for new home owners. they do termite, 4 point, wind, general and 1 more. the reports are straight forward and reference all applicable active codes here in Florida. with some basic research i answered some but other technical stuff i called and they would take the time to answer anything i dont understand. i even had the manager reach out to see how everything went. my experience so far has been very pleasant and stress free.

He will tell you everything you need to know and answer your questions and go above and beyond. Thierry and Michelle were our inspectors and their professionalism and attention to detail surpassed my expectations by far. Following the inspection, I knew the ins and outs of everything that happened in the inspection with them explaining It and then receiving the reports that same day. Afterwards, Kenny followed up and made sure that no questions were left unanswered. This is top tier service!
