My last 2 buyers recently hired Wise Inspections for a home inspection, and I was really impressed with their thoroughness and professionalism. The inspector arrived on time, took detailed notes and explained everything in a way that was easy to understand. They provided a comprehensive report with clear photos and recommendations. I felt confident in their expertise and the whole process was smooth from start to finish. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a reliable and honest home inspection service.

Excellent inspection service from scheduling, to the inspectors knowledge, skill, professionalism, care and respect for the property, to the quality and timelines of the report - an all around fantastic experience. The home inspector, Felipe Ahumada, went above and beyond before, during, and after the inspection to make certain all questions were answered and the highest level of service was delivered.

He accommodated our scheduling needs, brought in a team of professionals to get everything in our new home inspected efficiently and thoroughly, and had the report to us within several hours after the work was complete. Craig went above and beyond and not only provided a thorough report, but also sent us a book to give to our realtor with a detailed list of findings with cost estimates for repairs. We left feeling like we had a resource in Wise Inspections for any future home needs we might have.

We had Greg as our inspector, he was prompt , actually early and extremely thorough! Happy to explain any questions. Have us a full detailed report and mentioned the most important issues. He also reviewed which are the safest issues. I would highly recommended the company and especially Greg!

Excellent inspection - time , price, Phil is very very helpful can’t say this enough . Explained in detail report , we weren’t rushed Highly recommend this company. Craig is also very good explained all the packages in detail. The overall experience was seamless, speedy very informative and very comfortable with the process beginning to end.
