Inspection appointment was made in record time, and the inspection was performed by two different inspectors to ensure a full and thorough report for interior and exterior. The reporting documents were excellent and the points of concern well documented and explained. Recommendations for further evaluation by other experts or specialists were given. I’m in the process of buying my first home and when my realtor recommended Wise Inspections and said that he had used them before, I agreed. And I’m so glad that I did. From start to finish my experience with this company was absolutely amazing. I know that I got a through and honest Inspection and on top of that I basically got a bachelors degree in residential Inspection. They walked me through every test and every part of the inspection process. They told me what they would be looking for and they answered all of my questions without making me feel like a dummy. I highly recommend Wise inspections and I will 100% be using them again for all my future inspection needs.

Wise home Inspection was excellent. Was there a bit early an did what I think was a very good inspection. He checked all areas inside and out; and the reports were sent to us within just a few hours. He answered all of our questions and even took pictures of one area that we pointed out.
There was one location where I wish he would have taken a picture of, but that didn't detract for the excellent work otherwise. I definitely would recommend Wise Inspections to anyone needing a home inspection before deciding to purchase. Top notch!
