Phil did a mold inspection on my property, and I was quite impressed with his acumen and expertise. He was prompt in scheduling, and delivering his report. He also took my calls with the many questions I had, patiently explaining his process as well as his test results. I will definitely utilize his services again and keep him as part of real estate team when it comes to inspections. Thumbs up!

Very thorough and quick turnaround with the inspection report! Buyers had lots of questions after the inspection, and Phil was very patient and answered all the questions and gave great information. I highly recommend!

Phil offered excellent service! He was very professional, prompt and informative. The inspection was very thorough and detailed. The cost was reasonable. Phil returned a full detailed report within hours! We used the WiseHome Inspection Team twice, once for a New Home Construction Purchase (Walkthrough) and one year later for Home Warranty Inspection. Both times Inspector Michael McCauley conducted the home inspection. Overall we were very pleased with his thoroughness and His ability to identify and document defective items that required repairs. During the first inspection, Mr. Mr. McCauley identified over 50 items for the New Home Punch List that the Builder was required to correct. In the second inspection Mr. McCauley identified items that I submitted to the builder that will be covered under warranty. Without Mr. McCauley expertise, knowledge and experience, many of these items would have gone unnoticed and would not have been corrected or repaired.

This company is AMAZING! I called for an inspection of my home and scheduled an appointment. A gentleman named Mike arrived promptly..He was friendly, smiling, polite and professional. He answered all of my questions. He did a super thorough job taking the time to explain along the way. My report was emailed to me the following day. Gorgeous report it is, too. My insurance company was happy for the details and I firmly believe that the quality of the service they provided and the attention to detail in my report helped to lower my insurance premium. Thank you all so much! I will recommend this company to EVERYONE I know. Fantastic job- well done!!!! A+++++++

Michael came right on time and did a wind mitigation report for my home. Id hire them again and recommend to anyone needing any sort of inspection
