WOW was great to work with. We had three options for the windows and patio door. We were able to stop in the show room and see examples of all three options. All of them looked great. The install went smooth with only one small item missed. Noted the item to Carl and they are taking care of it without any questions. The real mark of a good company is how they handle a problem. Problem could not have been handled any better. Would highly recommend them to anyone who was looking at replacing windows.

I had contracted a different company to do my windows. Eleven months later that company was still not finished fixing all the problems caused by bad installation and a poor quality product. I demanded my money back and hired Windows of Wisconsin to take the bad windows out and Install their product. In Four days they were done and I love the windows and how they were installed. I highly recommend this company. Don't be fooled by a company because they are associated with the Green Bay Packers.

Our experience with Windows of Wisconsin was extremely positive from the initial visit at the new Kaukauna showroom with Jamie (salesman) to home measurement and final configuration choices, and final install. We never felt pressured as others friends have experienced with other window providers. Jamie was extremely helpful in explaining options and we could not be more pleased with the finished product. The install crew was extremely friendly and did a great job start to cleanup. I would highly recommend getting the trim package that is offered to finish off the inside trim. If I could give more than 5 stars I would.

Our installation crew did an outstanding job. I know the installation took twice as long as anticipated (our house presented some technical challenges), but they didn’t cut corners and rush the job. They were meticulous about making sure everything lined up as it should and looked perfect.
