I am not one to write a negative review, but when you are back and forth with a place that has several issues and doesn’t make it right, it’s rather frustrating. Where to begin. I understand things have been rough with COVID-19, so waiting a few months to have our window installed was the least of our problems. First off, the receptionist, Judy, is incredibly rude and talks to you like you are inconveniencing her. Every time I had to call she was less than pleasant. Then there was the issue of the window itself. The first one they brought was not the right design, not a total deal breaker, but then the second one was not correct either. Finally, the third one was. The outside ledge was very sloppy and bumpy, which was somewhat corrected, but still looks sloppy. Then there was the second installer who came and walked right into our house without a mask. Not cool. Lastly, we were told...

My husband won a national contest from Marvin Windows, and Windows of Wisconsin was the installer. The process went smoothly and we were delighted with our new windows. The local company went beyond what one would normally expect from a business. Zach and Preston, the installers. were great and answered any questions we had along the way.

The whole process of selecting to installing went very smoothly. Would wholeheartedly recommend them.

I chose Windows of Wisconsin to install three exterior doors and fifteen replacement windows frankly because I had the most confidence in their company. Starting with my salesperson Jamie and the install crew led by Zach I always felt like I was in good hands. The install crew worked hard and did quality work. They kept me informed on all matters and cleaned the worksite daily. After the work was completed Zach made sure all was ok on my end. I am very pleased with my new windows and doors and I can't wait for some warmer weather so I can use my new windows!

We had a patio door and front door installed. The installation crew (Dave, Dave, and Travis) were courteous and knowledgeable. Installation only took a day for us. We are very pleased with the products.

Windows of Wisconsin sells a quality product and their installs are perfection. We put all Marvin Infinity windows in our last home and W.O.W. just installed a new Marvin patio door at our current home. Zach and Mike did a phenomenal job perfecting the placement and finishes on the new door which was a few inches larger than the original opening. They are obviously craftsmen who have pride in their workmanship. We would not go anywhere else for doors and windows and cannot recommend W.O.W. more highly.

A professional job well done! Love not seeing through frosted windows anymore! Had all our windows and 2 sliding doors replaced and they had it all done in 3 days! Excellent service in that the salesman came back out to inspect the job and found a few minor things that we hadn't even noticed, so they will be back out soon to take care of those!

Great knowledgeable installers. Replaced 3 windows. Will definitely use them in the future and refer them. Love they are local and a smaller business.
