My inspector was at the property before I even arrived; and I was 20 minutes early! He greeted me and was friendly and professional. As far as the inspection, he was very thorough and pointed out everything he thought I needed to see; whether it was an issue or just showing me how to use something...turning off the water to the whole house, the furnace filters, and when they should be changed, the fuse box (electrical switches), etc. This inspector was also informative about the area.

The inspection was just yesterday morning and I already have my inspection report this morning! It has lots of details as well as photos of some of the areas he inspected.

I would recommend this company to anyone needing an inspection done!
