My client hired White Glove to perform a home inspection on their home undercontract. Robert was prompt, knowledgeable and efficient. He did a great job explaining the issues he noted and making sure the client understood how they could be fixed and how important they were for health and safety reasons. He did not escalate anything above where it needed and he was patient in answering questions. I am a real estate agent and have worked with many inspectors over the years- I just added White Glove to my list of recommendations.

Super professional company. Extremely thorough inspection. Paul was extremely polite and personable. He combed through every detail to make sure that we didn't miss a single issue. Report was ready within 24 hours. Customer service was amazing as well. Scheduling was easy and they were able to get me in within a day of calling for an appointment.

We used White Glove to inspect a single-family property before we closed on it. Scott was our inspector and I was impressed with the time he took to really check things. He isn't the chattiest guy but that works better for me. We got the written report maybe 24 hours later and it was very thorough. Lastly, we discovered one additional thing we needed to be checked about 48 hours after the inspection was done, and Bruce (I believe he's the owner) came out and did it the next day for no charge. That was awesome. I would definitely recommend White Glove.
