The company itself was easy to work with as far as scheduling and payment goes. The report was sent to us the next morning and it was extremely detailed.

We hope we won’t have to go through this process for a while, but if we do, we won’t hesitate to use White Glove again.

We used White Glove for a home inspection recently. We got their contacts through our realtor. White Glove was very responsive while setting up the appointment. We were pressed for time and they accommodated us within a few days. The payments and agreements were all done online. The experience was very smooth.

As for the inspection itself, our inspector was very thorough. And he knew his stuff. We opted for a more comprehensive package (White Glove Package) which included some additional features such is indoor air quality check and Radon test. He walked me through a number of items he thought were worth mentioning and answered any questions I had. We spent over an hour just walking though different parts of the house while he explained things and showed those parts visually. Very helpful and informative especially for a first time home buyer! All of my questions were answered and I was given answers to questions that I didn’t even ask. The whole process was very smooth!

Pete has inspected two homes for us now. He is a professional to the core.
