Pete was very organized, explaining step-by-step inspection procedures he would follow, then showing us issues, both positive and negative, as he inspected outside and inside the house. By the end of the inspection when he reviewed his findings, we felt very knowledgeable in the condition of the house.

I used White Glove twice previously when purchasing my first home. They were extremely thorough and patient to explain everything as we walked through the interior and exterior of the homes I had submitted a contract on; including one home that we walked away from because of what was discovered in the inspection.

This time around We were looking for our family’s forever home, and there was no doubt I was calling them back again. He even took the time to check if I had experience with using a gas fireplace.
