First time home buyer here. Had a condo inspected in Prospect Heights. Team was great in accommodating my needs. There was an error in scheduling my appointment initially, but the team was able to fix it within 24 hours just in time for my inspection. A staff member answered my phone call at 9 PM at night to help resolve the issue! Mitchel was my inspector and he was very thorough in explaining the process and candid about his recommendations and all the findings from the inspection. I just had my condo inspected by white glove inspection and the entire process was enjoyable from start to finish. Mitchel, the home inspector, was very informative and gave us a very thorough explanation on every question we had. Even the ones I had about becoming a home inspector lol. My inspector was Robert and his partner, they did a thorough inspection. Walking me through all the details of issues that were present and offered some resolutions, I might seek to repair them. They made sure to walk me throgh most of the areas they were in that I could access and show me the concerns that were there. They did not rush and actually waited for the tenant to arrive to inspect his unit. I would highly recommend White Glove and will definitely use again.
