A standard home inspection was completed in a timely and professional manner.
Mitchell was our assigned inspection specialist. Mitchell answered all questions throughout the process and explained what things were and why they were being measured.

This is my third time using this company. They have done great work for us. Unfortunately, this time he ran the washing machine with the drain line sitting on the floor beside the machine instead of in the slop sink. This in turn flooded the laundry room and all the water seeped through the floor into the basement soaking the walls, radon tester and electrical. While he did attempt to clean the water, there was a decent amount of water left. Accidents happen, but the part that upset us was that he took no accountability for the situation at all. A simple sorry goes a long way in our book. Luckily the basement is unfinished and we plan to tear down the wall that got soaked. Read more >
