Very thorough inspection. Roy took the time to answer all of my many questions, including ones that went above and beyond the ones he was required to, and had good advice for many of the other concerns I had. There was a leak discovered during the inspection, and he used his own sweatshirt to clean it up when nothing else was available. Great service, would highly recommend. Read more >

Both times I have been EXTREMELY impressed with the level of detail and explanation done not only on site but also in the written report. I can assure you both inspectors have saved me from making costly home purchase mistakes.
