I don't tend to leave reviews, but I know in a service business that's what keeps good companies going and what people need to make informed decisions so here we are. I used WGBI for a home inspection yesterday and now that I have already received my inspection report I am happy to leave this amazing review. I have no reason to believe that the whole staff is excellent but my review is going to be specific to the people I worked with since that's all I know. The client care coordinators Cole, Jillian, Carol and Randi were all very helpful and made the scheduling process seamless and very simple. The highlight of the inspection was the inspector Mitchel. He was absolutely amazing. I am not from the area and he took the time to not only inspect the home but to walk around with me and explain all the nuances of the state of Illinois vs where I'm from that I may not be accustomed to. Roy did the inspection and was very thorough, and pointed out things I didn’t even see when I looked at the property. I wasn’t there but when I called him for clarification on some things in the report he explained them to me.

Mitchel did our inspection, and he was awesome! Very professional and detailed. White Glove is a great service I would definitely use again.

White Glove Inspections was easy to schedule in a short time frame, prompt with responses and flexible with us as out-of-state buyers. Mitch even called us personally to go over the inspection as we could not be physically present. The inspection was thorough and well-explained. I had a home inspection done through White Glove. Their technician Paul helped me understand what needed work and the overall state of the home. I'm not a hands-on person but after the inspection I felt like I had a good handle on what needed done. It was worth every dollar to me.

Jillian who help set up the call was very kind, and Mitchell was also very professional and communicative about the findings in our inspection report. The service is a bit on the pricier side but they are very professional and do a good job so it’s worth it!
