White Glove inspected my property at 113 Allerton Dr, Schaumburg IL and mentioned a faulty sump pump, briefly after the inspection I had my plumber look into the issue and received a conflicting report. When I raised my concerns with the owner of white glove he offered to come back and address the issue or pay for my service call fee for the plumber. The very next day, a Saturday morning, the owner arrived at the property and confirmed the faulty sump pump and fully addressed my concerns. White glove has proved that they operate with a high degree of integrity and accountability, a rare occurrence in the industry. Read more >

My inspector was extremely knowledgeable and started about a half hr before I got there, which gave me more time after the inspection to discuss my concerns. He went through the process very thoroughly and explained everything in detail. I would highly recommend this company.
