Provided a very detailed report in a very short time. Provide photos and explanation of findings including drawings and sketches to explain and identify building components.
Provided a checklist of items to review during the final walkthrough before closing.
I plan to use the report as a checklist of things to do once we move in. It should keep me busy for a few weekends doing things that need to be done.
