Had a great experience with White Glove Building Inspections. Roy was prompt and even started the inspection early. He was very pleasant to work with and explained everything thoroughly. Special shout out to the office workers as well (Jillian, Cole, Jakki, and Millie) as we couldn't have made this work without them! Highly recommended.

I had White Glove Building Inspections perform a standard inspection for a townhouse in Naperville I’m hoping to purchase. Roy, the inspector, and his team Jillian, Cole, Jakki, and Millie were professional and gave me a good overview of the property’s condition. There were suggestions on what could be done to improve the safety, the appearance, and the functioning of the house. While Roy couldn’t perform the sewer scope due to the home not having an access point, he provided information in how to get the inspection done by a licensed plumber. The price paid for this add-on service was refunded by White Glove without any hassle.

Having a professional inspection gives me the confidence to purchase a house, knowing the full extent of what issues should be addressed immediately, and what can be fixed down the road as budget allows. I would recommend White Glove Building...

My inspector Robert was outstanding as he went through the house. He did a very good detailed job. He answered all my questions. I think I got on his nerve a little bit, but still, he answered all my questions pointed out important things to me. I can’t say enough for him. If I have to call on him to do anything else he would be the person that I called Robert was very professional. He taught me through certain things that I was confused about and he made it a very easy and pleasant Inspection I would like to thank him Millie and all the other support reps that helped he was an SF inspector. I cannot express how happy I was with my inspection. From setting up the appointment to the actual inspection, the whole experience was painless, straightforward, professional and informative.

The Client Care Coordinators, Jackie/Cole/Millie/ Jillian (I talked to them all though multiple calls) all were very kind and patient during the set up even with the extra time I needed to make sure scheduling worked with my relator. They offered me plenty of times to set up the appointment which worked around my schedule perfectly.
