This was our first time getting a home inspection and it was, overall, a very positive experience. Roy was our inspector and he was very thorough, professional, and straightforward – he did not use any sort of inspection jargon when explaining what may need to be addressed. In addition, he came out on a Sunday morning – the only day of the week that worked for us – which we appreciated. The price for the inspection and radon test was fair.

I had to take a star off because of the frequent calls and emails, many of which were, in my opinion, unnecessary. An email for the payment receipt, scheduled inspection date, and the completed inspection report is enough – all of the frivolous emails and calls almost undermines the excellent service. Provided a very detailed report in a very short time. Provide photos and explanation of findings including drawings and sketches to explain and identify building components.
Provided a checklist of items to review during the final walkthrough before closing.
I plan to use the report as a checklist of things to do once we move in. It should keep me busy for a few weekends doing things that need to be done.

Second to none!!!! The service provided from White Glove goes above and beyond to insure their clients receive top quality inspections! Exceeding expectations would be an understatement for the services White Glove provided for a standard home inspection. It came equipped with drones, thermo detectors, and so on!
