I had a superb experience with Roy and Elliot! They are professional, thorough and patient. As a first time buyer for a single family home, I'm not really familiar with any of the potential problems in a 30+ year house. Roy walked me through every single details and provided me with deep knowledge from minor cosmetic issues to major safety hazards and structural problems. I have used white glove inspections twice :Roy saved me lot of money for the first house i didn't buy, he was able to find all the issues in the house even the house looked nice and beautiful.the inspection and the report are so detailed and thorough.I highly recommend this company and Roy as inspector.

The inspector Paul was very thorough. We received the inspection report the next morning. He helped identify the issues with our potential investment home.
