When I called in to get info on an inspection for a new build, the lady who answered was so helpful. She answered all of my questions; I learned more from her than our builder. Bruce and the White glove team showed up and performed the ur inspection with professionalism and care. After the team was done, Prior to the inspection I was asked was there any particular areas or things that I wanted the team to look at? Upon completion of the inspection, Bruce and I took a ride around the site and he highlighted what was observed during the inspection. This was appreciated as it prepared me for some of what the report would reveal, without having to wait.
