Brad the inspector was phenomenal! I appreciated all his knowledge and professional courtesy he had at the inspection. If someone can educate you, and make you laugh that is a winning formula to me. He really took the time to show every issue the home had and every square foot of the house!! Also, they let me book the inspection the day before and catered to my specific time requirements! Great company
