Tim was on time for the inspection. He let us walk through the home with him during the inspection and explained everything. He was very friendly and thorough.

This is my second review just for writing for the "Brad - The Inspector guy." I never wrote two reviews before, but it made me to do this because of the Brad as how helpful he was to me. This is the first time buying the house, and after the home inspection. I was really confused about the report because I didn't know what should I include in major concerned part that need to be repair and how much the other things cost to make sure to save money for the future to repair them.

I directly called the Brad through phone and asked him about the details of the inspection because I was worried and wanted to know what's going on in the house before closing. He is very nice person, and very helpful trust me. He stayed with me in the call for like 1 hour and 39 minutes. You guys are really amazing and provide me the best customer service ever. You are really helpful to me and always willing to help me out whatever the issues is.

So, I did a Home inspection, Thermal Imaging, Mold Inspection, and Radon inspection. I know it's costly, but trust me if you really want to know about the inner, outside, and the whole structure of the house deeply just to make sure that everything is perfect and will not give you stress after you purchase the home so "It's WORTH!"
